Memberships

These terms of use apply to all Lively Group memberships, which includes the gold, premium and silver memberships as well as the extended memberships. Lively Group grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use products sold on the website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Terms of use

All digital goods provided are released under the Patients Technologies Public License version 2.0. So share all you see at reap the compelling benefits.

This is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Lively Group. This agreement applies to licenses issued via the world wide web and is applicable to online delivery of licensed material as well as all personal services.

If you purchased or use of the Licensed Material’s License implies that you have read and accepted these Licensing Terms and Conditions.

1.1 DEFINITIONS

“Licensed Material” is an authorisation (by the licensor) to use the licensed material (by the licensee). Any reference in this Agreement to the Licensed Material shall be to each individual item within the Licensed Material and also to the Licensed Material taken as a whole.

1.2. Membership Content

Re-use of any promo codes, discounts or referral codes, material or content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The material content is for educational and promotional purposes only.

1.3. License Ownership

Lively Group holds the right to revoke membership and service license immediately by providing a refund to the customer anytime in the future.

2.0. Product Delivery

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, Lively Group will email your membership information within 24 hours. In case you have not received an email from us, please contact us at support@tfe-wellbeing.com
We will resend your account information manually. As soon as you receive the email with your account information, you have immediate access to our members area.

Please use a valid email address, If you use PayPal e-check, your order will take several days to process. (Note: Your order can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up from Paypal.)

3.0. Support

We provide technical support for Lively Group products and services through our Help Desk system in the members area, NOT by email.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly. Such issues must be reported to us and that we are given reasonable time to attempt to provide a fix, where possible. Another exception is the license revoke mentioned under figure 1.3 of this document.

4.0. Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product / service, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.

4.1. Guarantee

Lively Group gives full guarantee on all of our products and services unless stated otherwise. User compatibility should be checked in advance. Please ensure that your package fits you correctly. We do NOT guarantee that our digital products work with all third party extensions.

4.2. Terms & Conditions

Lively Group reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, Lively Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. Lively Group shall not be liable to you or any third party should Lively Group exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership.

5.0 Training Policies and Procedure

  1. PAR-Q, Lifestyle Questionnaire, Physician Approval (if applicable), and Personal
  2. Training Agreement must be completed, signed, and on file prior to beginning the first session.
  3. Training sessions will begin promptly at the time specified by the client and trainer and end one hour from that specified time.
  4. Package sessions are non-refundable.
  5. Package sessions must be paid in (full/arranged payments) and are scheduled at the time of sign-up. (Unless stated otherwise)
  6. Package sessions must be used within 1 month of the purchase date. (On payment plan)
  7. Client must give 24 hours advanced notice, less than 24 hours or a no-show will result in a charge to the package session.

I declare that I have read, understand and agree to the contents in its entirety.  I understand that the Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Policies and Procedures are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
