We get asked the same question over and over again: “What is Dance fit?” Essentially training hard, using the theme of dance as a medium, creating habits that will transform your life – Overcome physical or mental challenges and push yourself way beyond your limitations. Dancing not only amazingly targets your body on a whole but it also works on things like co-ordination and strengthening your bones and cardio.
When a goal matters enough to a person, that person will find a way to accomplish what at first seemed impossible.
